Interior oven and refrigerator cleaning may be available as an add-on or as part of certain detailed services. These items must be requested before the appointment so enough time can be reserved.
Yes. We can make beds when clean linens are left out and the service includes enough reserved time.
Dishes, laundry, and other household tasks are not automatically included in standard cleaning services. They may be requested through Priority Cleaning or another service that reserves time for customized priorities.
A detailed first cleaning may be recommended when a home has not been professionally cleaned recently, has significant buildup, or requires more time than a maintenance cleaning. Starting with a detailed service helps establish a clean baseline for recurring visits.
Weekly service is ideal for busy households, larger families, or homes with several pets.
Biweekly service is our most popular maintenance schedule.
Every-three-week service works well for homes needing moderate upkeep.
Monthly service is best for lighter maintenance but may require more time at each visit.
No. Many clients provide a garage code, lockbox, keypad code, spare key, or other entry instructions so our team can clean while they are away.
The time required depends on the size and condition of the home, the service selected, and the number of cleaners assigned. Your estimate or booking information will include the expected scope of service.
We do our best to maintain consistency for recurring customers. However, team assignments may occasionally change because of scheduling, illness, vacations, or staffing needs.
We ask that personal belongings, clothing, toys, and excessive clutter be picked up before we arrive. This allows our cleaners to focus their reserved time on cleaning rather than organizing.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when rescheduling. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee because the appointment time was reserved for your home.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee in our Terms of Service. Same-day cancellations, lockouts, or situations where our team cannot access the home may be charged the full reserved service amount.
Pricing depends on the size and condition of the home, number of bathrooms, frequency of service, and any special requests. We provide estimates based on the information submitted through our online questionnaire or consultation process.
Recurring services are generally priced lower than comparable one-time cleanings because the home is professionally maintained on a regular schedule.
We accept credit and debit cards and ACH bank payments. Payment is due before or at the time of service unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.
Yes. Sal’s Superior Cleaning is fully insured for your peace of mind.
We carefully screen and train our employees so you can feel confident welcoming our team into your home.
No. Our team arrives with professional cleaning products and equipment. If you have a preferred or specialty product, we are happy to use it when provided with instructions.
We love pets. Please tell us about any pets in the home and provide any special instructions needed for their safety and comfort. Pets that may interfere with cleaning or attempt to escape should be secured before our arrival.

Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment if an area included in your service was not cleaned to your expectations. We will review the concern and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
